How do we fix it?

Luckily, ideas can come from anywhere – including consumers themselves. Humans are naturally creative and innovative and adaptable, and we need to be working with our audiences to get this right, not for them. Ensuring that consumers feel like they’re part of building the solution is essential to this ‘human experience’ process. Otherwise it’s just the same old corporate experience in different clothing.
